A Purchase Strategy under the Supply Chain Risk

On the basis of combination management of purchase contract, we mainly study the ABC Analysis and how buyers should sign option contract and forward contract under different supply chain risk, in order to gain the lowest cost. We mainly discuss the situations without and with option contract through constructing two models. And in the end, we put forward a simple and effective method for the buyer to design forward contracts and option contracts.
