摘要

1. HILIC-ESI-MS/MS was successfully applied for separation and quantitative determination of different groups of metabolites from central carbon metabolism of microorganisms. 2. Application of 13C labelled internal standard into to the cell pellets before extraction corrects for degradation of intracellular metabolites during or after extraction step and compensates for matrix effects in ESI. 3. The linear range of calibration curve improved using IDMS. 4. The targeted metabolites will be extended to cover amino acids and nucleotides as well.
