摘要

Producing hydrogen by solar cell is considered as a promising way to solve the energy crisis because it is clean and renewable. In hydrogen producing system, the catalytic film including anode and cathode catalytic films is one of the key issues to restrict the improvement of system efficient. We studied the catalytic and physical properties of both anode and cathode catalytic films and discussed the factors to influence the catalytic properties. As the anode catalytic film, Fe:NiO{sub}x presented good catalytic property, good adherence to substrate but poor transmittance to visible light. For the cathode catalytic film, by comparing NiMo, NiMoFe, and NiFe alloy films, NiMo film presented best catalytic property.
