The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has the largest distribution of permafrost region in China. The Meso-Cenozoic marine strata and marine and terrestrial basins are well developed, which provides good conditions for the formation and accumulations of the natural gas hydrate on the plateau. The article forecasts the stability of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau permafrost hydrate based on a 0.04 °C/a temperature increasing according to the character of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau permafrost morbid leucorrhoea hydrate and the global warming situation. The results demonstrate that the greenhouse effect causes the temperature to change and the change of the permafrost layer section plane pressure condition will affect the distribution and the stability of the hydrate directly, thus it has a severe influence on the global environment.
