We provide the study of LWD signal communication employing CDMA, and propose frame class of transmitter-receiver. This approach aims at speeding the rate of LWD signal communication. It provides a new method of realization of bit-synchronized signal to enhance the rate of LWD signal communication. This method is based on EDA (Electronic Design Automatic). The realization of bit-synchronized signal is described through CPLD techniques. Due to the characteristic of DPLL(Wennekers, Peter; Novotny, Ulrich; Huelsmann, Axel etc; 1992), it adjust phase just once previously, we have conducted two steps to adjust phase. There is the conflict between the time of bit-synchronized signal acquisition and the request of frequency division for phase error. We have given a new method which is based on the premise of holding the state of being precise. It improves effectually the speed of bit-synchronized signal acquisition. First and foremost, it adjusts phase primarily, besides it achieves bit-synchronized signal by adjusting phase ultimately. It saves the CPLD resource compared with the former method. It provides the detail study of bit-synchronized signal acquisition, not only the main program but also the wave simulation.
