This article, with the example of Shenzhen Bay Road Bridge in Shenzhen-Hong Kong Western Corridor project, made explorations into the quantificational analytic method, which determines the superior bridge axis with the grey clustering method. In the article, with seven representative evaluating indicators which have great influence on bridge axis, such as faults development, rock mass quality, the thickness of slightly (moderately) weathered bedrocks, the thickness of the sludge, the thickness of slightly weathered bedrocks, the degree of inhomogeneous bedrock weathering and the depth of seawater, etc., being selected, the grade of the engineering geologic environmental quality was determined by the grey system method, and three ways of relative difference between each engineering geologic environmental quality were applied to demonstrate the rank of the four alternate bridge axis and the possibility and uniqueness of the superior bridge axis.
