The Damoqujia gold deposit, discovered recently and located in the north of Zhaoping Fault Zone, is a large altered rock type deposit. Metallogenic processs can be divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ four stages which are charactered by coarse pyrite - milky quartz assemblage, ashy fine quartz - pyrite veins, auriferous poly-metallic sulfide and quartz-carbonate veins respectively.
