摘要

This paper takes an office building with large inner zone area as an example. Though it has passed the test of indoor air pollution, lots of complaints on the poor indoor air quality still exist. A brief field measurement has been taken according to the complaints in order to ascertain the causes. After the analysis of the problems and their causes, some remedial measures have also been brought forward. Meanwhile, the paper probes the way to improve the IAQ and energy efficiency of inner zone from design and operation regulation strategy for fan-coil units with fresh air system. The emphasis is put on the proper use of clean and fresh outdoor air during heating and transitional seasons which take up more than ninety percent of the year in the seaside city of Dalian, and the ultimate goal is to achieve the aim of improving the indoor air quality at the expense of even less energy consumption.
