Our expectations are high for the indoor environment where we spend most of our time. As a working place for missionary, office should be comfortable, having appropriate temperature and humidity, lighting, sound characteristics and energy saving etc. This expectation extends to indoor air quality (IAQ), one of the key determinants of the acceptability of indoor environments. How an air-conditioning system is energy saving,premise of environmental protection under satisfaction which mentioned above is also a deserved problem to the concern of HVAC system designer. Currently, the computational approach, based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD), is used more often than the experimental approach to study IAQ problems which make the air-conditioning system designer predict the current of air flow organization, thermal comfortable, optimize the project etc to be possible. The software Airpak 2.1 is used to simulate air flow organization and thermal comfort of an office. The goal was to facilitate the production of dynamic multifaceted structure that could be used to improve the quality of indoor environments and help maximize the potential of its inhabitants, truly the most important resource.
