摘要

After the nano powders were add in UV powder coatings, the rigidity, shock resistance, flexibility, adhesion, abradability, thermal stability of films had some changes. Through the research of performances of cure films doped with six kinds of nano particles it could be concluded that the nano SiO2-CaCO3 had optimal modified effect on the UV powder coating, the nano CaCO3 had the worst modified effect, the nano Al_2O_3 could be added in the powder coatings as anti-abrasive material.
