Accurate linearity-correction technique is one of the key techniques of a high-resolution LFMCW (linearly-frequency-modulation continuous-wave) radar. After the basic principle of LFMCW radar level gauges is analyzed briefly, the influence of linearity to LFMCW Radar Level Gauges' range resolution and accuracy is analyzed in detail. The device for sampling LFMCW radar level gauges' main-target signal and delay-mixer signal is developed. Its working principle and signal's pretreatment are included.
