Virtual Instrument Based Loop Inspecting System of Cab-Signal

摘要

Cab-signal is a vital equipment during train operation. It is very important to make sure the cab signal onboard is good enough before the loco leaving and entering the warehouse. At present, loop inspecting systems are widely used in China. However, the function of most systems is rather simple; no self-test and closed-loop test is performed. In this paper, a new kind of loop inspecting system of cab-signal is proposed based on the state-of-art virtual instrument technique. The system configuration and the operation procedure are introduced in detail, as well as the design principle of both hardware and software.
