Using a uniform linear array of trimmed vector sensors (TVS-ULA), a cyclic DOA-matrix method is proposed, which gives a close-form solution for the direction finding and polarization estimation of cyclostationary signals in multipath environment. By exploiting the cyclostationarity of the signals and the invariance properties among the outputs of the trimmed vector sensors, the proposed method increases the signal selective capability and improves the noise robustness. In addition, the proposed algorithm reduces the computational load. Numerical simulations verify the performance of the proposed approach, and it is shown that even the length of the data is small, the proposed method can estimate the DOA and polarization of the coherent signals accurately.
