摘要

The nondestructive ultrasonic flaw detector is one of the most important instruments for nondestructive testing. It need be calibrated on schedule because its performance directly influenced on the accuracy and reliability of the testing result. This paper introduces an automatic calibrated system of the nondestructive ultrasonic flaw detector based on the VXI-Bus technology which can solves these problems satisfactorily. The hardware structure and software structure of calibrating system are illustrated in this paper. The key technologies of calibrating system are also summarized. Finally, the functions and characteristics of calibrating system are given. This calibrating system has some advantages such as smaller calibrating errors, higher automatization and flexibility which can improve the accuracy and reliability of the testing result effectively.
