The design and implementation of an intelligent practical portable measure instrument for greenhouse environment parameters was introduced in this article. It realizes the measurement of the temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO{sub}2 density, and low cost measuring of CO{sub}2 density specially. The hardware circuit consists of such modules as data collecting, CPU, data memory, keyboard input and displaying output etc. Software programme of single-chip microprocessor mainly used to measurement, calculation, fuzzy process and display etc. It's designed with blocking structure, and implemented with C51 language.
