Intelligent Control System of Water-curtain Cooling on Mid-plate

摘要

In the light of following characteristics of water-curtain cooling system, the incapability of detecting the mechanical properties of mid-plate on line, the difficulty of theory analyzing the accurate mathematical model ,many kinds of cooling the steel plate and the cooling Rule setting Request to adopt technical expertise, on the basis of the theory of the intelligent control system on separate level of Saridis, the paper proposed a scheme of two level controlling system— Property Control Level(PCL) and Technical Control Level(TCL). The techniques of expert system are adopted in TCL. The experimental result shows that cooling rule of all kinds of plates can be set, evaluated and optimized.
