Research of Comparison between Measurement Error and Measurement Uncertainty

Measurement error and measurement uncertainty are important conceptions in the error theory, and they have both differences and relations. In this paper, we analyze their differences from meanings, sources, sorting methods, synthetic methods, express methods and influence factors. At last, we discuss their relations.
