An Online-Monitoring System for the Vehicle Electronically Controlled System

An online-monitoring system for the control process information based on RS-232C serial communication between the 80C196KC single-chip microcomputer and the portable computer was developed to improve the "transparency" of the development process of vehicle electronically controlled system. The system consists of three parts: communication module of the single-chip microcomputer, circuit interface and portable vehicle data online-monitoring system (PVDOS) running on the portable computer. In the development of the electronically controlled system of Automatic Mechanical Transmission (AMT), the system was applied to post the micro-work process of control system. The application show that it works reliably and precisely, plays an important role of analysis assistant, improves the work efficiency and shortens the development cycle. And the practical worthiness of which is quite high.
