摘要

Data mining can find the relation between pattern and data from the large number of data and the forecast will be made. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of current intrusion detection systems (IDS), an approach is proposed to build an intrusion detection system based on data mining. The system can mine data automatically through data mining algorithm and refresh the rules library in time. With the misuse detection technology and the anomaly detection technology, the system improves the accuracy, extensibility and adaptability.
