Discussion of 2mm Spectrum Analyzer Scheme

摘要

Millimeter harmonic mixer are used to extend the frequency range of microwave spectrum analyzer. But it is difficult to distinguish the real spectrum from multiple response when the frequency of the signal under-tested is higher and the LO harmonic number is increased. The 2mm(110～170GHz ) signal spectrum tested and displayed process are analysed and some problems in common millimeter signal measured process are showed in this paper. An improved scheme to simplify spectrum test is presented.
