On the Test and Evaluation of Transformer Substation's Grounding Power Network

摘要

First, this article points the usual misunderstanding for the test and evaluation work of transformer substation's grounding power network at present and its arising reason has been analyzed; Second, combining with the development of regulations and the practice experiences in Dalian area, the article describes the method and standard in details that Dalian area has adapted in the test and evaluation work for transformer substation's grounding power network, and further explains with example, having provided active reference for the implementation of the test and evaluation of transformer substation's grounding power network.
