As the working environments are remote, each kind of Data Acquisition Terminal of monitor system on the transmission and distribution power lines requires lower power consumption to lengthen operating time. This paper introduces several kinds of design methods for the embedded ultra-low-power system, and detailedly discussed choice of ultra-low-power component and dynamic power management through the actual design process of an installment.
