4kW ZCS DC/DC Converter using Reverse Blocking IGBT

摘要

This paper investigate a 4 kW phase shift controlled full bridge ZCS DC/DC converter using reverse blocking IGBT (RB-IGBT), which is a novel device which has bi-directional withstanding voltage capability. A brief introduction of this RB-IGBT and theoretical analysis of this converter such as stage analysis and ZCS operation condition are presented. Experiment results on a 4 kW prototype are given.
