摘要

The RT technique based on RP is the important developing direction of the direct metallic tooling manufacturing. The slicing processing of the 3D CAD model is the key to RT system. In the first, the basic conditions of the RP technique and STL file are introduced. Secondly, the whole flow of the slicing processing software with two levels error correction based on the STL data file is presented. The slicing algorithm based on the topological relation of triangles with the adjacent side is introduced in detail. For improving the processing precision, the direct slicing processing course of the CAD model based on the STEP standard is analysed and discussed. Finally, the run example of the mixed programming of the Object Oriented and OpenGL is presented. The result indicates that the employment of the technology of two levels error correction of the data file can increases the processing speed of the STL file greatly, the created CLI file has low error rate. It is very valuable for developing the higher precision and all-purpose rapid tooling manufacturing software system.
