摘要

We have studied how to mass-produce special bush products used as assemblies of the automotives while minimizing burr. The technology to minimize burr is one the most significant issues in the production of precise rubber products. The environmentally friendly and future oriented technology contributes to saving these raw materials and reducing industrial wastes. In this study, the results of CAE analysis considering physical properties of rubber were reflected in making the moulds and the potentials for repeated developments or productions of similar rubber products were verified and evaluated using the cost calculation system. In the future, it is anticipated that the applications of rubber materials will be more extended with the developments of technologies for ultra-precision and super-compact machines and demands for these advanced parts will be growing. Accordingly, there will be growing necessity for developments of moulding systems designed to manufacture precise rubber parts and applications of estimate expert systems in various industrial fields.
