With the example of Biological material breastbone board, the characteristic of the new pattern biomaterial-PDLLA for Injection moulding are introduced, the design of the overall structural of the moulds, the choice of the parting line, the design for the block of the inlays and the manufacture of the cavity are introduced in detail.
