High-cycle fatigue (HCF) behavior of as-forged-T5 Mg-Zn-Y-Zr wrought alloy with stress-ratio R = -1 at ambient environment was presented. The relationship between the maximum stress and the number of cycles to failure was constructed. The results show that the fatigue strength at 10~7 cycles of the as-forged alloy in T5 state is higher than that of the alloy in T4 state. However, in T6 state, the fatigue strength at 10~7 cycles is higher than those of the alloys in both T5 and T4 states.
