Due to the fast growing of broadband transmission for supplying several new services for subscribers that demanding high bit rate, some Telecommunication Operators were oriented to apply new DSL technologies with high bit rate as ADSL, ADSL 2+ and some cases VDSL or VDSL2. Stimulated by high-speed customers needs, high frequency and bit rate were applied over xDSL cables.This paper presents xDSL cable evaluation installed in Outside Plant that was designed to provide superior performance for broadband transmission by using ADSL, ADSL2+ and VDSL technologies.
