摘要

Our past successful experiment on Secured Videoconference over Ku-band Satellite bring us to eager for performing new experiment on secured and eliable Videoconference over WINDS Satellite in the near future. Right now, we are preparing some technical studies first for succeeding this experiment by characterization of rainfall rate for calculating the rainfade margin, link budget analysis of Bandung-WINDS and Tokyo-WINDS paths as well as propose our adaptive rate control and FEC for mitigating the rain attenuation during high intense rain. The next preparation is designing the experiment scenarios which consider the wideband IP-based platform for implementing the secured and realiable videoconference between Bandung and Tokyo.
