The 6% from a body mass water load decreased mast cells quantity in a renal capsule in 4 times (p < 0.05). In a regimen of an easy approach within 24 weeks a molybdenum 10 maximum concentration limits (MCL) and copper 1 MCL with water have increased mast cells number in a renal capsule, in 4 and 3 times accordingly (p < 0.05). And in a kidney cortical part only copper has increased in 2 times (p < 0.05). On a molybdenum background the water load has caused mast cells number decrease in 2 times to a renal capsule (p < 0.01) but after that it number has increased in a kidney cortical part in 1.5 times (p < 0.05). On a copper background the water load has increased mast cells quantity in 3.5 times in a renal capsule, but in 3 times has reduced in a kidney cortical part (p < 0.05). We conclude copper 1 MCL and molybdenum 10 MCL enlarge mast cells quantity in a kidney and a renal capsule. On a copper or molybdenum chronic water consumption background the water load produces inverse mast cells number changes.
