Strontium and barium fluxes in subsurface water are estimated and mapped for the first time in subsurface water using the central part of the Moscow artesian basin as an example. It is quantitatively shown that transport of strontium and barium by subsurface water depends both on the content of these elements in Carboniferous and Devonian limestone-dolomite rocks and on the water-exchange intensity in the upper parts of the Earth's Crust.
