Special geological environment is needed in the development of collapse, landslide and debrisflow. Geographic environment is the basic factor of the formation of these hazards, and rainfall is an important external factor of inducing them. The spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of the hazards in China are determined by the specific geographic and meteorological environment of China. The geographic and meteorological environment of China was briefly introduced in this paper, and topographical feature and atmosphere rainfall on the distribution of the disaster was mainly analyzed. The specific spatiotemporal distribution characteristic of the hazards in China was formulated.
