Our current comnany's perspectives focus on increasing in production and injection potential,HSE excellence,cost effective field development,enhancement of learning organization and the effective use of new technology.At present,the early delivery of quality well,minimizing production/injection losses due to offshore rig and barge activities,and HSE enhancement,as well as introducing new technologies to add values to our field development become major challenges for our well construction team composed of ZADCO (Zakum Development Company) and ADMA-OPCO (Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company).Analyzing the issues,identifying the required changes,creating implementation strategies,setting targets with full commitments,and continuous monitoring the progress of the challenges are essential to mobilize them ahead and make them last.
