DENTAL SILICATE CEMENTS

摘要

The development of dental silicate cements of the aluminosilicophosphate type aimed at enhancing the properties of the dental cement by including fluorides in the cement powder and changing the liquid composition in order to obtain high quality products able to cover the complex demands in frontal tooth restoration, and featuring similar characteristics to imported products of the same kind. The paper reveals the results regarding the development and the characteristics of dental silicate binding materials, and brings information on the performance of the solid component of the silicate cement, and the performance at hardening of the dental silicate binding materials (setting time, compressive strength, solubility, opaqueness, biocompatibility).
