The particle image velocimetry has been developed to measure the typical two-phase owof various work conditions in Membrane Micropore Aeration Bioreactor. The uid phase is separatedout using image processing techniques, which provided accurate measurements for the Bioreactor’sflow field, and makes it possible for quantitative analysis of the momentum exchange, heat exchangeand the process of micro-admixture, and initiates a new way for the Bioreactor which mainly designedby the experience at present.
