The optic properties and ocean color algorithms of Yellow Sea and East China Sea

摘要

In 2003, two cruises were carried out in Yellow Sea and East China Sea to try to establish the Case-II water algorithm and collect bio-optic data for the area. Data set including apparent optic properties(AOPs) and inherent optic properties (IOPs), as well as the three Chl-a, CDOM and sediment concentrations over 80 stations. This paper briefly introduces the AOPs and IOPs characteristics and the statistic ocean color retrieval algorithms derived from the data set.
