摘要

This paper shows that silicon and germanium three-channel BCCD cannot realic multispectra! imaging in the region of X-ray and near-IR because of their absorption coefficient. Basing on the results of theoretical research the absorption coefficient curves of two new substrate material have been tound, which can realize multispectral imaging in the region of X-ray and near-IR. The simulating result: show that the spectral photosensitivity of three-channel BCCD made by the new material ha three maximal positions in the region of 0.6~1.8kev and 1.0~1.26 μm respectively.
