摘要

Measuring velocity and distance between vehicles is a crucial technology in automotive collision prevention system. Aiming at the defect of the way to get IF(intermediate frequency) only by FFT (Fast Fourier Transform),a IF signal processing project based on combining FFT with pulse counting has been put forward. The project can calculate period average and get the frequency by using multi-periods count, then compared with FFT to delete the affection of jam impulse. Combining above project, a kind of circuit with good filter performance and low noise had been developed. The design method and the experimental data of chief circuits have been given. The research results indicated that the IF signal processing project with the help IF amplifier with good performance, can improve the performance of the FMCW radar, frequency accuracy of ±0.66% was achieved, while making the long-distance IF measurement. It can be applied to anti-collision system.
