摘要

Based on the project of the South Channel Bridge of the Hangzhou Gulf Bridge Engineering, the viscous dampers are proposed to install between the deck and anchor (auxiliary) piers to improve the transversal seismic response of the bridge structure. Analysis show that the transversal earthquake reaction of the bridge can be reduced effectively, be beneficial to the release of temperature stress along transversal deck and the equilibrium of the internal forces of the two piers by the application of damped energy-dissipated and earthquake-reduction technique.
