As possessing the virtue of low cost, good compatibility with concrete, high durability and sensibility, the sensors that made by Carbon fiber reinforced cement (CFRC) have become one kinds of important hopeful sensors for long time health monitoring of concrete structure. In this paper, firstly, based on researching of the specific resistance and its changing character under compressive stress of hardened cement mixed with different content of carbon fiber, black lead and steel fiber, the stress sensing mechanism of CFRC was studied. And then, the influencing effect of temperature and humidity on the specific resistance of CFRC was tested. Experiment and analysis show that in vadose zone is a pre-factor of CFRC's pressure-sensitivity and specific resistance of CFRC increase with increasing of humidity and decreasing of temperature.
