The increased competition and market uncertainty in the current business environment has placed great pressure on business organizations. Firms turn to e-supply chain management enabled by Information Technology to increase cooperation with both upstream and down stream of their supply chains. Four main E-supply chain performance drivers are identified in this paper and their contributions to improve supply chain competitiveness have been analyzed. The findings show mat only through integrating the four key e-supply chain drivers: E-procurement, Collaborative planning, Collaborative design and product development, E-logistics can firms realize their dreams to survive and even gain competitive advantage in the market.
