摘要

This work studies the compatibility drug-excipients of mebendazole drug and tablets for TG and DSC coupled to the photovisual system. This study was carried out carry out with excipients: talc, PVPK30~?, starch, Microcel MC101~?, Sodium starch glicollate, lactose and magnesium stearate, and with the mebendazol drugs and tablets. The rate constants of the thermal decomposition reaction were determined by isothermal thermogravimetry method using the classical Arrhenius equations. The results show that mebendazole tablets A presented stability higher than drug and other tablets. This fact was confirmed by the shelf-life of the samples in study. The values of the shelf-life of the mebendazol drug and tablets A, B, C and D were, respectively, of the order of 3.58, 7.34, 4.71, 3.19 and 2.90 years. The data showed the following order of stability: A>B>drug>C>D.
