The contribution of this research focus on enhancing the privacy of cloud consumer enterprises while accessing cloud service providers in SaaS interactions. This is motivated by the fact that, during SaaS service consumption, providers have disproportionate access to consumers' information. Therefore, in the way of balancing the scenario, an anonymity technology approach is employed at the different layers of cloud service transactions. This results in a multi-layered privacy protection approach. Contracts, credentials and network-level communications are analyzed and treated with customized anonymity techniques. A complete framework is, then, proposed and a service consumption scheme is presented making use of group signatures as the mechanism for implementing anonymous credentials.
