Coplanar PCB has been focused after dioxin in the emission from an incinerator since WHO has intended to add these isomers as one of the toxic equivalent compounds to the dioxin isomers group. As dioxin formation has been related to oxygen, chlorine and catalyst in thermal (combustion or pyrolysis) processing condition, the concentration of coplanar PCB in thermal processing products by phase differences could be one of the interesting matters to observe. The polymer waste was simulated from the automobile manufacturing and thermally experimented in the range of temperatures from 400 to 800 C at the conditions of with and without oxygen, catalyst and PVC to observe the effects of them on the generation of the coplanar PCB in different products, gas, oil, and char. AS expected the yield of gas has been increased at higher temperatures. Without PVC in waste any generation of coplanar PCB was not found. In oil product catalyst effect on the generation of coplanar PCB was higher than the oxygen, so that it's concentration was high when the catalyst exists in waste processing. Concentration of coplanar PCB in gas and char was higher at catalyst and oxygen co-existence than other conditions. However the normalized percentile distributions of coplanar PCB isomers are almost similar in all the products at different conditions of oxygen and catalyst existences except the char with catalyst and oxygen co-existence. The TEQ concentration of coplanar PCB by WHO was slight when compared with other dioxin isomers.
