摘要

This paper describes the fundamental experimental study on free, direct fabrication of nanocrystalline copper (Cu_(nc)) bulk with selective electrodeposition with electrolyte jet. The experiment results shows that the Cu_(nc) bulk with free shape can be fabricated, the shape of it is better accordant with that of designing and the average grain size of it is distributed to the range of 40-60 nm. With the mechanical performance of high break strength and high microhardness, the other performances of the Cu_(nc) bulk such as extending rate and plastic modulus are decreased sharply because of the co-deposition with hydrogen.
