摘要

Mines of Karaganda coal basin develop suite of gassy seams and seams prone to outburst. In the course of these seams mining at more than 500 m depth its natural methane content comes up to 20-25 m~3/t, and absolute methane saturation of working area is 120-150m~3/min . High outburst hazard and complexity of coal seams mining are stipulated by considerable thickness and low positioning of seams, high gas-dynamic activity and considerable amount of tectonical faults. Mining complexity worsen by absence of protective seams for the most part of seams prone to outburst along with primary descending order of seams development at basin.
