摘要

This paper presents a virtual test system for the electro-hydraulic servovalve static and dynamic state characteristic, which utilizes virtual instruments technology based on Lab VIEW. A novel loading means for the servovalve test is studied here, which makes the loading process continuous and automatic. As the signal noise can greatly disturb the experimental result, wavelet transform is applied to the signal noise removing here. All the input signals are provided by the virtual signal resource and virtual instruments perform all the testing functions. Experimental tests are performed with a FF102 servovalve and the results show that the virtual test system has a good performance.
