At a radio communication with usage concealed of a microphone the external acoustic noise, at the low signal-to-noise ratio (0...3dB) disturb operation of a linear predictive vocoder. The operating irregularity of a vocoder is perceived as losses of articulation of the synthesized speech. The character of acoustic noise depends on a place of a radio communication. Capability of acoustic noise can slowly vary during one communication session. One of the possible approaches to improvement of quality of the synthesized speech signal -this usage to preprocessing of a signal before feed it on a vocoder. In the report the variant of algorithm of preprocessing of a signal of the Wiener, implemented on the basis of a not realizable filter is offered.
