In this paper a new protocol for electronic commerce is proposed fully applicable to 3rd Generation Mobile Networks. The protocol is characterised by three novel properties as opposed to existing methods of exchanging goods. It provides a simplified and secure transaction method. It minimises the number of entities involved in the transaction. It minimises the source of security threats hence reducing fraud.
