Three types of metal-containing molecular sieves with AFI, AEL and CHA structure were hydrothermally synthesized. XRD, XRF, UV-Vis, TG, TPR and NH_3-TPD were used to characterize the metal-containing samples. Their catalytic properties in cyclohexane oxidation were investigated. The influence of catalyst acidity, catalyst content, temperature and time on the reaction activity and selectivity was studied. Leaching tests were also performed to check the stability of metals and the heterogeneity of the reaction.
